基于现代创新理论的液压上翻转式闸门研发

摘要 针对中小河流和城市生态水系相对水位低、河面宽、有通航要求等特点,开展了液压上翻转式闸门的研发。在产品的研发过程中,以"人-机-环境"大系统观、绿色设计、模块化设计、并行设计、机电一体化设计和有限元设计等创新理论和方法为指导,提出了"闸门单元"的设计理念。研发出的104 m跨度液压上翻转式闸门已成功应用于郑州市郑东新区CBD外环控制闸工程。液压上翻转式闸门便于实现闸门的系列化、标准化设计和生产,可缩短产品研发和制造周期,节省投资,并方便安装和后期维护、管理等。 Aiming at engineering characteristics of medium and small rivers and urban ecology river system, which water level is low, wide river surface and navigation requirements, it developed the research of upward rotation hydraulic gate. In the product development process, it took the theory and methodology of Man-Machine-Environment System Engineering concept, green design, modular design, concurrent design, electromechanical integrated design and finite element design etc. innovative design theory and methodology as a guide and put forward the" gate-unit" design con- cept. The researched and developed 104 m span of the upward rotation hydraulic gate had been the successful application of control gate project in Zhengdong New District CBD area of Zhengzhou. The upward rotation hydraulic gate is easy to realize series, standard design and production, shorten the product development and manufacturing cycle, saving investment, easy to assemble and post-maintenance and management.
