摘要 介绍了在液压上翻转式闸门研发过程中液压系统的污染控制、噪声控制、绿色节能设计、液压元件的绿色节能设计、优化液压元件连接与可拆卸性的设计等。遵从绿色产品全生命周期设计理念,按照绿色设计原则研发的液压上翻转式闸门液压系统,其两项关键技术获国家专利,分别是"水下液压穿轴锁定装置"和"用于上翻转式闸门的液压启闭机"。该产品对社会贡献大,环境污染小,能源、资源浪费少,并且制造、使用成本低,综合效益较佳。 This article described pollution control method, noise control , green energy-efficient design in hydraulic system, green energy-efficient design and optimization design for assembly and disassembly of hydraulic components in the product development process of upward rotation hydraulic gate. Compliance with the design concept of green product life cycle, in accordance with the principles of green design, developed on hydraulic system of upward rotation hydraulic gate. Two key technological achievements were authorized by SIPO, which were" Underwater Hydraulic Shaft Locking Device" and "Hydraulic Hoist for Upward Rotation Gate". The product contributed to society with less pollution, less waste of energy and resources, low cost and better comprehensive benefits.
