液压上翻转式闸门电气控制系统的研究与实践

摘要 结合郑州市郑东新区CBD区A2、A8、A9控制闸工程实例,介绍了液压上翻转式闸门的工况和运行要求等。液压上翻转式闸门电气控制系统设计原则为可靠性高、操作方便、自动化运行,采用双机热备PLC作为其控制核心。控制运行方式分为现地手动操作、现地自动运行两种。每座控制闸的液压上翻转式闸门分别由13扇闸门单元组成,左、右岸分别设置1套启闭液压泵站,包括1个油箱、3套油泵电机组和控制阀块等。控制闸自2007年安装调试完成后,已安全、可靠运行至今。 Combined with the engineering case of A2, A8 and A9 control gates in Zhengdong New District CBD area of Zhengzhou, this article described operating conditions and operational requirements of the upward rotation hydraulic gate. The electrical control system design principles of upward rotation hydraulic gate were high reliability, easy operation, automatic operation, using the hot standby PLC as its control core. The control operation mode was divided into manual and automatic operation on the spot. Each upward rotation hydraulic gate of control gate was composed of 13 gate units. Left and right hank had been respectively set a set of hydraulic pump station, including one oil tank, three pump-motor units and the control valves etc. The control gate had been completely installed and debugged in 2007. They are safe and reliable up to now.
