摘要
分析了高浓度锥形磨浆机磨浆区内的受力情况,提出了一种相应的力学模型。由于在高浓磨浆过程中,纸浆纤维除了受到磨盘作用力以外,还受到纤维间的作用力,故该模型由两大部分组成。其中,由于磨盘采用平面与锥面相结合的方式,为简化模型,在分析磨盘对纤维的作用力时,将平磨区和锥磨区分别考虑。
A mechanical model for a conical pulp-refiner present- ing the flow of pulp along the plate in a high consistency refiner has been derived through a calculation of the forces acting on the pulp. There are two parts of forces acting on the pulp, ones from the re- finer plate and ones among fibers. So, this model was comproed of this two main parts. Where, flate refining zone and conical refining zone was analysed respectively for simplify the first part, as the conical refiner plate was made up of flare part and conical part.
