摘要
为进一步了解隐框玻璃幕墙温度应力的分布规律,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对单块隐框玻璃在内外温差作用下的应力分布进行了模拟分析,并分析了玻璃尺寸对温度应力分布的影响.结果表明:在内外温差作用下,玻璃板角部的应力最大,且在室外温度为-30,℃时应力最大;随长宽比的增大,玻璃板长边应力、短边应力以及板中心应力均逐渐增大,且板中心应力增大较快,水平向线应变逐渐增大,而竖直向线应变逐渐减小,玻璃板心挠度先增大后略微减小.
To further understand the distribution of thermal stress in hidden frame glass curtain wall, the distribution of stress under the temperature difference between inside and outside was simulated and analyzed, by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. After that, the effect of glass size on the thermal stress distribution was analyzed. The research result in- dicated that the value of thermal stress distribution on glass angle was highest; meanwhile, the value was also highest when the outside temperature was -30℃ ; the value of thermal stress distribution on length, width and center of glass were higher when the ration between length and width of glass increased. In this process, the increase of value of thermal stress distribution on center of glass was quicker, meanwhile, the value on level and vertical line were increased and decreased respectively. The deflection of glass center was increased firstly, and then decreased.
