摘要
针对弹底压力测试中,压电式压力传感器的加速度效应影响测试精度,提出了基于加速度修正的弹底压力存储测试方法。该方法利用锤击试验获得了压电传感器响应与加速度成线性关系,从而求得加速度效应灵敏度系数来修正实测中的弹底压力值。实验表明:膛内过载高达上万g,由加速度效应产生的影响不可忽略,通过采用获取压电传感器的加速度值修正其加速度效应的方法可以有效排除加速度效应的影响。
Piezoelectric pressure sensor have acceleration effect in the projectile bottom pressure measurement.A correctiion method was developed for the estimation of projectile bottom pressure.The acceleration effect of piezoelectric pressure sensor was corrected by a built-in acceleration sensor’s signal at projectile bottom.The Machete impact experimentation showed that the piezoelectric sensors acceleration effect was linear and the acceleration arrived at 10 000 g in the chamber and the response of acceleration effect could not be ignored.The correction method of using the acceleration from piezoelectric sensor could reduce the acceleration effect.
