摘要
对裂解炉配重系统的主要作用原理进行了分析,找出配重系统对炉管的影响。2002年装置扩建后,对裂解炉配重系统初始位置进行了标定,实测了配重系统在冷态、热态、运行后期等不同时期的位置、位移、及配重块高度,提出了今后裂解炉配重系统的注意事项及改进措施。
This article analyzes the main working principles of counterweight system in cracking furnace to find out the influence of weight system on furnace tube.After the unit was expanded in 2002,the initial position of the counterweight system in cracking furnace was calibrated,the position,displacement and counterweight block height of the counterweight system in cold,hot,and later period of operation were measured,and the points for attention and improvement measures for the counterweight system in cracking furnace were put forward.
