Some adjustments have occurred in Obama administration's Asian-Pacific strategy in its implementing process,with changes in both strategic emphasis and means.With China as the major cause and target for its strategic adjustment,the US has strengthened its capability and wishes as the leader in the region through diplomatic,military and economic means.Such an adjustment will definitely pose new challenges to China-US relations and China's regional diplomacy.
