The Strategic Dilemma in the Korean Peninsular

朝鲜半岛长期以来一直面临诸多战略困局。作为矛盾一方面的朝鲜在发展道路的选择以及自身的国家安全问题上面临困境,因此,"先军政治"路线短期内难以调整。矛盾另一方面的韩美两国也在对朝政策方面面临困局,美国自身的政策往往成为半岛困局的一部分。未来,解决朝鲜半岛问题僵局的核心还在于朝韩关系的改善,这是所有矛盾中的核心矛盾。

The Korean Peninsular has long been confronted with multiple strategic dilemmas.As one side of the contradiction,DPRK has been caught in the dilemma of the choice of development path and national security issues.As the other side,ROK and the US have also in trouble with their policies toward DPRK.In the future,the key to the resolution of the stalemate of the Korean Peninsular issue remains in the improvement of DPRK-ROK relations,which is the core of all the contradictions.
