国外油田钻井废弃物回注处理技术进展 被引量:17

摘要 油气钻井过程会产生大量的钻井废弃物,常见的钻井废弃物处理办法有:热处理;生物处理;通过海上平台排海;通过填充、铺设路面或其他方法对固体进行再利用;野外填埋;地下回注。回注技术主要通过研磨或者其他方法将固体变成细小的颗粒,与水或者其他液体混合配成浆体,再在一定的岩石破裂压力下,将浆体注入到地层中。钻屑回注主要依靠压裂,裂缝的大小、形状和位置可以通过计算机模型进行预测。钻屑回注的成本效益分析主要基于三点:需处理的废弃物量、当地法规、陆上处理设施的实用性。 Drilling oil and gas agement methods include: thermal wells generates large volumes of treatment, biological treatment, drilling wastes. Approved driUing waste mandischarge to the ocean from offshore platforms, reuse of 8olids for fill Dirt, road cover or other uses, offsite landfilling, subsurface injection. Cutting injection technology, which involves grinding or processing solids into small particles, mixing them with water or some other liquid to make a slurry, and injecting the slurry into an underground formation at pressures high enough to fracture the rock. Cutting injection relies on fracturing. The size, shape, and orientation of fractures can be predicted through computer modeling, Three factors are critical when determining the cost-effectiveness of cutting injection: the volume of drilling waste, local laws and regulations, the availability of onshore disposal infrastructure.
