摘要
油气钻井过程会产生大量的钻井废弃物,常见的钻井废弃物处理办法有:热处理;生物处理;通过海上平台排海;通过填充、铺设路面或其他方法对固体进行再利用;野外填埋;地下回注。回注技术主要通过研磨或者其他方法将固体变成细小的颗粒,与水或者其他液体混合配成浆体,再在一定的岩石破裂压力下,将浆体注入到地层中。钻屑回注主要依靠压裂,裂缝的大小、形状和位置可以通过计算机模型进行预测。钻屑回注的成本效益分析主要基于三点:需处理的废弃物量、当地法规、陆上处理设施的实用性。

The size, shape, and orientation of fractures can be predicted through computer modeling, Three factors are critical when determining the cost-effectiveness of cutting injection: the volume of drilling waste, local laws and regulations, the availability of onshore disposal infrastructure.
