陶瓷过滤机尾轮控制系统的改进设计

摘要 目前,陶瓷过滤机是一种广泛用于矿山选厂及精矿脱水的分离设备。在实际应用中,陶瓷过滤机尾轮控制系统存在的两大问题:一是生产过程中滤饼在积矿平台上的堆积现象,造成陶瓷机卸料漏斗堵塞,损坏陶瓷板。另外一个问题就是料斗的挂料问题严重。针对这些问题,对陶瓷过滤机尾轮控制系统进行了改进设计,开发出了胶带机尾轮控制系统,即在陶瓷机料仓内的挂料突然落下冲击胶带时,能够及时可靠地将设备切换到保护状态,避免事故扩大。然而对于挂料,通过将原来的70度设计成80度,即可很好地解决了挂料问题。实际应用表明了该方法的有效性。 At present, the ceramic filter as a separation equipment that widely used in mining processing plant and concentrate dewatering. Ceramic filter in the tail wheel control system exist two major problems in practical ap plications. Firstly, the cake accumulated in mine platform at production process, resulting in the ceramic machine discharge funnel congestion, damage the ceramic plate. Another is the hanging material problem of the hopper. To solve these problems, the tail wheel control system of ceramic filter is improved, developed the tape tail wheel con trol system. That is, when the ceramic machine hopper hanging material suddenly drop to impact the tape, can switch to the protection station in timely and reliably, to avoid the expansion of the accident. For hanging bran ches, however, designing and changing the original 70 to 80 degrees will be a good solution method. And the prac tical application shows the effectiveness of the method.
