地方性农村奖学金制度的发展对策研究——基于广东汕头澄海地区的调研

Researching into the Regional Scholarship System and Its Solution——A Study Based on Chenghai Area in Shantou Guangdong

在社会主义新农村发展的过程中,教育是重点,在教育重点发展过程中,新农村奖学金制度作为农村群众基层自发形成的奖学制度,有利于促进教育事业和乡风文明建设,有一定的推广意义。本文以广东汕头澄海地区为例,对于该地区部分地方自主新兴起的奖学金制度的起源、发展、意义及其完善等相关问题做了调研。

Education is the key point during the development of the new socialist countryside. And the scholarship system of the new socialist countryside, which is voluntarily established by the rural grassroots, has played an significant role in the development of education and the construction of countryside civilization. There is no doubt that it is worthy of being popularized. This paper coneentrates the research focus on the establishment, the development, the significance and the improving of the newly popular fellowship system of the Chenghai area in Shantou Guangdong.
