青年教师在大学英语教学中的情感微控

The Emotional Control of the Young Teacher in College English Teaching

情感因素直接影响着学生的外语学习效度。影响学生情感的因素包括:社会、学校、家庭、自身、朋友、教师等。本文结合文献及教学经历从教师层面阐释了教师的个性品质、知识结构及精彩课堂对学生情感的微控作用,并提出了更好地发挥教师对学生情感微控的相应对策,以期在一定程度上激发学生积极情感,提高学生的外语学习。

Affective factors play a significant role in language learning. The students＇ emotions are determined by society, school, family, themselves, friends, teachers, and etc. This paper will illustrate the emotional control of the young teacher from the standpoint of personal qualities, knowledge structure and marvelous class based on review of the existing literature and teaching experiences, and propose corre- sponding countermeasures, which play the above factors preferably, in order to imbue the students with positive affections and to enhance learning efficiency.
