摘要
分析建筑高度超过250m的超高层建筑的消防难点以及超高层消防设计常见问题。以重庆市某项目为例,应用FDS和STEPS对常见火灾场景烟气蔓延情况和人员疏散情况进行数值模拟,提出环形消防车道、扑救场地、疏散楼梯和消防专用电梯以及给排水设计等安全措施。
Fire safety difficulty and fire safety design problems of super high-rise building over 250 m were analyzed. Taking a project in Chongqing as an example, FDS and STEPS were used to simulate the smoke spread and evacuation of general fire scene. Based on the simulation data, several suggestions for fire safety strengthening were presented, e.g. annular fire safety road, fighting space, evacuation stairs and fire elevators, and water supply and drainage design.
