针对城市公共建筑的特点,确定影响因素的判别原则,给出城市公共建筑物火灾发生的影响因素,基于系统评价的方法,运用解释结构模型,对城市公共建筑物火灾发生的影响因素进行分层处理,构建立城市公共建筑物火灾评估指标体系,并简要分析其指标体系,旨在为城市公共建筑物火灾的定量化评估奠定基础。

Relying on the characteristics of urban public buildings, determine discrimination principle of the influencing factors, give the fire risk factors of the city＇s public buildings. Based on the systematic reviews methods, and use the Interpretive Structural Model, stratify the fire disaster risk factors of the city＇s public buildings, initially establish a Fire Disaster Assessment Index System of City Public Building, and make a brief analysis of the index system, in order to lay the foundation for the quantitative assessment of city public buildings fire disaster.
