含不同粒径混合砂粒离心泵固液两相流数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation of Solid-liquid Two-phase Flow Centrifugal Pump Containing Different Particle Size Mixed Sand

摘要 采用RNGk-ε液相湍流模型,应用欧拉方法对离心泵进行混合砂粒的固液两相流数值模拟,分析了叶轮流道速度变化、压力分布及混合砂粒对离心泵性能的影响。结果表明:随着砂粒体积分数的增加,流道速度增加;在相同工况、相同均值粒径下,离心泵扬程、效率随着砂粒体积分数的升高而降低;在相同体积分数下,离心泵扬程、效率随着砂粒均值粒径的增加而降低。 RNG k-ε liquid-phase turbulence model and mixed sand grains of the Euler method for centrifugal pump for liquid solid two-phase flow numerical simulation were used to analyze speed change,pressure distribution and the effecting of mixed sand particle size on the performance of centrifugal pumps. Results indicate that with the increase of sediment concentration, flow speed increases; under the same conditions, same size, and head, the efficiency of centrifugal pump is lowering as the sand content increases;under the same concentration, the efficiency of centrifugal pump head increased as the size of sand grains are reduced.
