膨胀悬挂器作为膨胀套管技术的衍生产品,能够有效地对尾管头和套管重叠段进行密封,优化侧钻井窗口深度,拓宽悬挂器的应用范围。胜利油田已开发出套管膨胀悬挂器、筛管膨胀悬挂器和旋转尾管膨胀悬挂器3种类型,并实现产业化应用,涉及钻井、完井和修井等领域。通过分析膨胀悬挂器的结构特点、工作原理、技术参数及技术优势,结合现场应用情况,对膨胀悬挂器进行结构优化设计,取得了较好的应用效果。

Expandable liner hanger as a derivative technology of expandable casing,it can effective-ly seal the casing head and the overlapping segments of casings, optimize the depth of side track-ing point in lateral well, as to achieve the product upgrades of conventional hanger. Shengli Oil-field has now developed three types of expandable liner hanger,including casing expandable hang- er,screens expandable hanger and rotating liner expandable hanger,and has achieved industrial applications, involving drilling, completion and workover of petroleum engineering fields. The structural characteristics of the expansion hanger are described and analyzed, its working princi- ple, technical parameters and technological advantages are introduce, combined with field applica-tions of the expandable hanger to optimize the structure design,which obtained a better effect.
