摘要
介绍了新型预轮廓式螺杆钻具的核心结构和工作原理、技术特点,对结构优化设计和所采用的特殊制造工艺技术进行了探讨。通过分析和改进,加强了关键环节的控制,完善了设计和工艺,保证了成品的加工质量。经过型式试验验证了该产品较常规产品的技术优势,并确定了产品的技术参数。现场应用情况表明:采用预轮廓定子技术的螺杆钻具具有比普通螺杆钻具动力更强、使用更持久的优势,马达寿命>500h。对预轮廓螺杆钻具制造经验进行总结,并提出了今后的发展建议。
A new type of downhole motor power section technology introduced in this paper uses pre-contoured stator. It illustrates the core structure,work principle and technical characteristic of the production. After probe of the configuration characteristic and problems in machining process, some improvements were to do for enhance control of key points. Further, the design and technical art were made more perfectly, and the motor ~s technical parameter was determined in experiment. The running data on-site showed that a downhole motor combined with pre-contoured stator pro-vided more power and extended working life. The running life of the new type stator is up to more than 500 hours. Finally, research experiences were summarized, which provide some suggestions for developing this new technology.
