乙醇-乙酸乙酯-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺物系等压汽液平衡数据的测定及关联

Measurement and Correlation of Isobaric Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium Data for Ethanol-Ethyl Acetate-N,N-Dimethyl Acetamide System

摘要 用泵式沸点仪,在100 kPa下测定了乙醇-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、乙酸乙酯-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺二组分物系和乙醇-乙酸乙酯-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺三组分物系的汽液平衡数据。所测的汽液平衡数据符合热力学一致性。两个二组分物系的活度系数分别用Wilson,NRTL,Margules,van Laar模型进行关联;NRTL模型关联的结果较好,乙醇-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、乙酸乙酯-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺二组分物系温度和汽相摩尔分数的平均偏差分别为0.34,0.35 K和0.009 3,0.007 4;用二组分物系NRTL模型参数对所测定的三组分物系数据进行关联,得到汽相组成和泡点。 Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data for two binary systems, ethanol-N, N-dimethyl acetamide and ethyl acetate-N, N-dimethyl acetamide, and a ternary system, ethanol-ethyl acetate- N, N-dimethyl acetamide, were determined using a pump-ebullionmeter at 100 kPa. The experimental data are in accordance with thermodynamic consistency test. The activity coefficients of the two binary systems were correlated using Wilson, NRTL, Margules and van Laar models, and the results show that NRTL model is much better than the other models. The average deviations of the temperatures and vapor-phase compositions of the two binary systems are 0.34, 0.35 K and 0.009 3, 0.007 4, respectively. The VLE data of the ternary system were correlated based on the NRTL model parameters of the binary systems, and the vapor-phase compositions and bubble points were obtained
