摘要
元坝121H井是川东北巴中低缓构造带元坝12井构造高点西北斜坡的一口超深水平井,该井完钻井深为7 786 m,垂深为6 982.58 m,A靶点井斜为87°,最大井斜为93.14°,水平段长612.44 m。该井钻井液技术难点在于:地层存在多套压力系统,高压差下低压段和裂缝性层段易发生卡钻和漏失;井温高且含大段膏盐岩和盐水层的嘉陵江组和飞仙关组对钻井液的抗温、抗污染能力要求高;垂深超过6 900 m的斜井段和水平段,井眼上大下小,上部环空返速小,水平段减阻和清洁难度高。该井三开和四开使用了金属离子聚磺防塌与金属离子聚磺混油防卡钻井液,该套钻井液性能稳定,具有良好的润滑性、封堵性、流变性和悬浮携带性能,满足了钻井施工的需要。
The Well Yuanba121H is an Ultra-deep Horizontal well in Sichuan Basin,with the total depth of 7,786 m,vertical depth of 6,982.58 m,horizontal section length of 612.44 m,and target A angle of inclination is 87°,the maximum is 93.14°.Some difficulties are encountered while drilling,such as mud losses and pipe-stuck in different pressure formations and fractured formations,high temperature and contaminations of thick gypsum bed and salt water,and borehole cleaning problem over the vertical depth of 6,900 min with low annular flow-back velocity.In this well,the metallic-iron polysulfonate drilling fluid system is applied in the third interval,and it is mixed with oil in the fourth interval to prevent pipe-stuck.
