自转向酸主剂的合成及其转向性能实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 储层的非均质性和受伤害程度的差异性,使得碳酸盐岩储层的基质酸化处理必须采用转向技术。相比常规转向技术,黏弹性表面活性剂自转向酸由于其独特的优点成为研究热点。基于理论分析,筛选出油酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱作为自转向酸主剂,利用灰色关联分析法了正交实验方案,优选出了合成条件,并确定了各因素对反应的影响程度。红外光谱分析结果表明,合成的产品与油酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱结构基本一致。性能评价结果表明,Ca2+和VES含量是影响油酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱残酸体系变黏的主要因素,Na+使体系黏度略有增大,Mg2+则对体系黏度没有影响。利用多岩心驱替实验,以最大注酸压差、无因次注入孔隙体积倍数、无因次注入压差衡量油酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱自转向酸的分流转向性能,结果表明该体系具有良好的分流转向能力,符合碳酸盐岩地层转向酸化的需要。 The self-diverting technology must be taken to deal with matrix acidification in carbonate reservoirs,because of the heterogeneity and differential damage degrees of reservoirs.Compared to conventional diverting technology,the viscoelastic surfactant self-diverting acid is widely applied because of its unique advantages.In this paper,based on theoretical analysis,the oleic-amide-propyl-betaine is obtained as the main agent,according to grey correlation analysis,the orthogonal test program is made to develop the best synthesis conditions and the influence degree of various factors.The IR test result and performances evaluation show that the contents of Ca 2+ and VES are the main factor of viscosifying the acid system,Na+ increases the viscosity of the system slightly,and Mg 2+ has no affect on the viscosity.By applying core flooding experiment,the maximum acid flooding pressure difference,dimensionless injection pore volume,and dimensionless injection pressure difference are used to measure the diverting performance of the acid fluid system,the results show that the system has good diverting performance to conform the diverting acidification need of carbonate reservoirs.
