摘要
基于清洁压裂液和黏弹性表面活性剂的研究思路,综合应用分子缔合形成结构流体的理论设计并研制出了一种新型的抗高温无残渣压裂液稠化剂,用该稠化剂和其他添加剂配制出了抗高温无残渣压裂液。实验主要对该压裂液的抗温性能进行了评价,研究结果表明,该压裂液具有较好的高温流变性(抗温能力已达到160℃),并且破胶彻底、几乎无残渣。现场应用表明,该压裂液体系能够满足高温井的压裂施工要求,且增产效果较好。
Based on the research of clear fracturing fluid and viscoelastic surfactant,a new high temperature cleaning fracturing fluid thickener is developed by using the theory of molecular association,furthermore,with other additives,a high temperature clear fracturing fluid system is optimized.The experimental results show that this fracturing fluid system has good rheology in high temperature(160℃),and the gel can be broken completely.The field applications are successful,which has good effect of stimulation.
