摘要 分析了热镀锌机组沉没辊存在的主要问题,针对这些问题采取了相应的改进措施,提高了设备的使用寿命和工作稳定性,有效解决了锌渣缺陷,进而提高了产品质量和生产效率。 The main issues existing in sink roll of hot galvanizing line have been analyzed, and relevant solutions have been carried out for these faults, which extended service life and working stability of the device and handled zinc slag defect efficiently, further improved product quality and production efficiency.
