摘要
扫描电镜是进行材料研究和分析的重要手段,本文通过不锈钢产品缺陷的分析实例,介绍了扫描电子显微镜在各类不锈钢产品缺陷分析中的应用。
Scanning electron microscope is a significant method for carrying out material research and analysis. By the examples of analyzing stainless steel products defects, this paper has introduced application of scanning electron mi- croscope to analysis on various kinds of stainless steel products defects.
