摘要
石家庄高校动漫专业人才培养存在的问题为:人才培养与企业需求脱节;专业设置不合理;校企合作面临双重压力.解决问题的对策为:加强对学生专业实践能力的培养,培养学生良好的职业素质、实践能力和创新意识;构建清晰的、与就业岗位对接的课程体系框架.
The animation majors of Shijiazhuang vocational colleges face the following problems. De- mand and supply fail to match. Curricular designing is not reasonable. School-business cooperation is un- der doubled pressures. Therefore, it is urgent to improve teaching practice for the sake of professionalism, innovation, vocational consciousness, and establish a proper curriculum.
