摘要
高职院校的科研与教学相辅相成,科研工作是师资队伍建设的有效途径.高职院校的科研应定位于服务区域经济的生产一线,以利于形成校企深层次合作的推动力,进而促进校企合作长效机制的建立.
The scientific research and teaching are complementary in vocational colleges, but research is regarded as the most effective for teachers. However, the research should center on regional economics and the business for the school-enterprise in-depth cooperation.
