高职院校生产性实训基地建设的探索

Internship Training and Production Base in Vocational Colleges

校内生产性实训基地能为学生再现真实的工作场景,有助于其掌握现场生产、工作、管理的操作技能,从而实现实训基地培养人才、服务社会的基本功能。为此,四川电力职业技术学院与四川省电力公司开创了"一三三一"(一体化、三对接、三考核、一平台)模式,校企一体,共建共享校内生产性实训基地,拓展了实训范围,形成了学生、学校、企业、社会四方共赢的局面。

On-campus internsh!p training and production base can reproduce the real working environment for the students and enable them to command multiple skills in production, operation and management. Sichuan Electric Vocational and Technical College and Sichuan Provincial Electric Power Company worked together and established the ＂One Three Three One＂ pattern of on-campus internship training and production base. The integration of both college and enterprise thus created a win-win situation for all the students, college, employer and the whole society.
