摘要
孔子学院不同于一般的教育机构,不能简单照搬大学的评估标准衡量其质量。应从其承担"服务国家发展战略"和"传播汉语言文化"两大基本任务出发,遵循语言推广和文化传播的客观规律,确立分层次,有系统的指标体系,兼顾国别地区差异,以激励和引导其可持续发展。
Different from ordinary education institutions, Confucius Institutes should not follow the assessment standard of those universities to evaluate their quality. A hierarchic and systematic index system should be established to motivate and guide its sustainable development from the two basic missions that Confucius Institutes have undertaken, i.e. to "serve the national development strategy" and to "disseminate Chinese language and culture" by following the objective law of language promo-tion and cultural dissemination while taking national and regional differences into account.
