Matlab-based Optimization of Capsule Dish-cam Curve

首先介绍了盘凸轮在充填机中的作用,建立了模块运动的数学模型,分析并比较了不同凸轮曲线运动特点,利用Matlab描述了凸轮各弧段运动的位移曲线,仿真分析了模块运动速度和加速度变化,考虑到盘凸轮运动过程中的冲击特性,提出对模块运动曲线进行优化以获得更为理想的盘凸轮曲线,对比分析了优化前、后盘凸轮曲线的特点,进一步了证实盘凸轮曲线优化的有效性。

The function of plate cam in a capsule fiUing machine was introduced briefly. The mathematical model of the modular motion was built and the characteristic of difference cam curve was analyzed. With Matlab, the distance curve of different arc sections on the cam was described. The velocity and acceleration of modular mo- tion was analyzed by simulation. Taking the impact properties of dish cam into account, the authors introduced a method to optimize. The results show that the optimized curve is effective.
