摘要
介绍了湖北清江隔河岩水电厂,面对建厂初期电力企业传统的管理模式、管理思想、工作习惯、思维方式,实行新厂新办法,以短时间、高效率赶上全国水电企业运行管理水平及多年治理整顿的步伐而成为全国首家常规一流电厂的经验。
The traditional management mode, management idea, work of habits and ways of thinking during the initial establishment of Qingjiang Geheyan Hydropower Plant are introduced. New measures which made plant to catch up with the operation management level of other national hydropower enterprises were implemented. Meanwhile, the years' ex- perience to set up first-class plant is also introduced.
