摘要
鉴于隔河岩水电厂从投产至今没有经历过扩修,水轮机转轮经历了18 a的运行,稳定和可靠,总体情况和趋势良好。对转轮曾经出现的气蚀、裂纹情况作了简单的介绍,并分析了原因。实践证明,转轮从选型设计、安装,到调度运行维护,各个环节都是合理的。
Geheyan Hydropower Plant has not gone through large - scale maintenance since its production. Turbine runner has run stably and reliably for over 18 years. The cavitation and crack of runner is briefly introduced and analyzed. Practice has indicated that the type design, installation, operation and maintenance of runner are reasonable.
