井下供电可靠保护问题研究

摘要 给出一种煤矿井下供电新型保护系统,在煤矿变电所高压防爆开关内安装智能终端实现模拟量(包括电流量、电压量、开入量)的数字化,应用高速同步采样和高速光纤通信技术,将精确的同步采样数据上送至位于控制室的保护主机,在保护主机上进行保护逻辑运算,需要保护动作时保护主机通过光纤网络向智能终端下发命令,实现保护跳闸。在保护主机上为系统配置线路纵差保护作为主保护,彻底解决线路故障时的可靠保护问题。 A new type protection system for the underground power supply of coal mine is presented. Smart terminals are installed in the high voltage explosion-proof switch of the coal mine power substation to implement the digitalization of the analog, including current, voltage and binary input. The accuracy synchronous sampling data are uploaded, by the high-speed optical fiber communication and high-speed synchronous sampling technology, to the protection host located in the control room. Protective logic calculation is executed in the protection host, which can give commands to the smart terminals through optical fiber network, and then the protection trip is executed if necessary. The problem of reliable protection, which occurred during line fault, is completely solved by configuring line longitudinal differential protection in the protection host as the main protection.
