塑型性支气管炎是一组涉及多系统的临床综合征，其特征是形成大分支的黏液样支气管管型，可引起急性呼吸困难甚至呼吸衰竭，多见于儿童先天性心脏病术后及各种肺部炎性疾病，发病机制尚不明确，临床表现多样，早期诊断尤其重要，应用气管镜将其内生物取出是目前最有效的治疗方法。

Plastic bronchitis is a ＂multiple-system＂ involved syndrome that is characterized by the for- marion of thick, arborizing mucofibrinous tracheobronchial casts, which can result in hard breathing or pulmonary failure. Plastic bronchitis in children occurs following correction of complex cardiac defects, or in children with inflammatory pulmonary conditions. It is a condition of unknown causes and has different clinical manifestations. Early diagnosis is very important and so far endoscopic removal of the casts is the most effective measure.
