摘要
电压门控氯离子通道(voltage—gated chloride channel,C1C)是生物体内一类非常重要的氯离子通道,参与氯离子转运、细胞容量调节、细胞器酸化等病理生理过程,研究发现C1C-K与Dent病相关,CIC-5与Bartter综合征相关。该文就CIC的分类、结构、调控、在肾脏的分布及相关疾病作一综述。
Voltage-gated chloride channel(CIC) is a class of very important chloride ion channels in vi- vo, participating in the chloride ion transporter., cell volume regulation, cell control acidification and many patho- logical physiological process. The studies have found that C1C-K was related to dent disease,and CIC-5 was as- sociated with bartter syndrome. This article mainly reviews C1C-type chloride ion channel classification, struc- ture, regulation and distribution in the kidney, and summarizes the related diseases.
