DCF方案节拍化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

DCF Regimen Metronomic Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的观察DCF方案节拍化疗治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法 60例晚期胃癌患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用DCF方案节拍化疗,对照组30例采用常规DCF方案化疗。结果治疗组CR 3例,PR 16例,SD 6例,PD 5例,有效率为63.3%。对照组CR 2例,PR 15例,SD 6例,PD 7例,有效率为56.7%。2组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组的主要毒副反应为白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、腹泻等,比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);口腔黏膜炎发生率2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DCF方案节拍化疗治疗晚期胃癌有较高的临床缓解率,毒副反应轻。

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicities of DCF regimen metronomic chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Sixty patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 patients of the treatment group received DCF regimen metronomic chemotherapy, and 30 patients of the control group received DCF regimen routine chemotherapy. Results Of the 30 cases of the treatment group, CR was observed in the 3 cases, PR in the 16 cases, SD in the 6 cases, PD in the 5 cases, and the response rate was 63.3% ; of the 30 cases of the control group, CR was observed in the 2 cases, PR in the 15 cases, SD in the 6 cases, PD in the 7 cases, and the response rate was 56.7% （P 〉 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in the incidences of leucopenia, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea between the treatment group and the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; but there were no significant differences in the incidences of oral mucocitis between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion For the advanced gastric cancer, DCF regimen metronomic chemotherapy has higher clinical remission rate, and the toxicities are light.
