卵巢甲状腺肿类癌临床病理分析

Clinicopathologic Analysis of Strumal Carcinoid of Ovary

目的探讨卵巢甲状腺肿类癌的病理学特点和生物学行为。方法对3例卵巢甲状腺肿类癌作临床病理分析,免疫组织化学染色,并随防。结果 3例为囊壁结节型。组织学上2例以梁状结构为主,1例梁状结构中混有巢状结构。免疫表型3例Syn、CgA和NSE均阳性,PCT阴性;滤泡区TG阳性,而类癌区阴性。结论卵巢甲状腺肿类癌是一种伴有甲状腺滤泡分化的低度恶性神经内分泌癌。

Objective To study the biological behavior and pathological changes of strumal carcinoid of ovary. Methods Three cases of strumal carcinoid of ovary were studied by clinical and clinicopathologic features, immunohistochemical staining and clinical follow up. Results Three cases were the type of nodules on cyst wall. Two cases were trabecular patterns and 1 case of trabecular patterns associated with island structure. Immunohistochemistry showed three cases were positive for Syn and CgA and NSE ; negative for PCT ; positive for TG in the thyroid tissue and negative in the carcinoid. Conclusion Strumal carcinoid of ovary is a low grade malignant neuroendocrine carcinoma with thyroid tissue.
