浦肯野样电位在室性心律失常射频消融中的作用

摘要室性心律失常(VA)起源于心脏特殊传导组织——希氏-浦肯野系统的研究很多,希氏-浦肯野系统在VA发生和维持中的作用已被肯定。浦肯野样电位作为浦肯野系统发出的特殊电位,在指导特发性室性心律失常、心肌梗死相关性室性心动过速(单形性、多形性)及心室颤动、器质性心脏病相关VA等的射频消融方面起很大作用。
