摘要
黑岱沟和哈尔乌素露天煤矿选煤厂现使用的刮板机是原煤破碎站系统主要的运送机械,设备因机械部分及手动控制刮板机频率存在技术缺陷,在上煤量增加且设备处于高频率运转情况时,停车故障发生频率比较高。本文通过对刮板机机械和控制系统进行分析,科学有效地对刮板机的频率控制系统进行技术改造,从根本上解决了停车故障,保障了原煤运送量。
The scraper is mainly for transporting machines in coal preparation plant of the Heidaigou Coal Mine and the Haerwusu Coal Mine. It has technical defects in mechanical part and manual control part, which in turns lead to high broken frequency during producing. This article analyses both the mechanical system and the manual control system, and provides effective technical ways to solve the above mentioned problem. As a result, the producing efficiency can be increased.
