液压掘进钻车在羊场湾煤矿岩巷开拓的应用与实践 被引量:1

摘要 宁东矿区羊场湾煤矿13采区面临开拓深度大、断层多、断层落差大、运输距离远、穿岩巷道多等困难,开拓难度较大。巷道掘进速度是制约羊场湾煤矿接续的关键。为了加速岩巷开拓速度,缓解接续压力,采用液压掘进钻车进行岩巷掘进,该设备的成功应用,大大提高了岩巷的掘进速度。同时极大地提高了打眼作业时的安全,对羊场湾煤矿13采区岩巷的开拓,起到了积极的作用,在一定程度上有效缓解了羊场湾煤矿的接续紧张局面。 The thirteen diggings of Yangchangwan Coal Mine in Ningdong Diggings is very difficult to exploit for facing several difficulties, like deep-burying, multi-fault, large fault throw, long-distance transportation, excessive roadway that pass through rocks. Roadway diving speed is a key restraining factor for Yangchangwan Coal Mine to carry on the work consecutively. In order to quicken the process of rock drift tunneling and relieve the following pressure, the staff adopts hydraulic driving drill carriage in rock tunneling. Its successful application improves the rock driving speed and safety of trepanning working greatly, and it plays an active role in the exploitation of the thirteen diggings of Yangchangwan Coal Mine. To some extent, it relieves the following tension of Yangchangwan Coal Mine.
