大型电动轮自卸车液压系统渗漏原因分析及改进措施

露天煤矿大型电动轮自卸车的液压系统经常会出现许多故障,从生产现场运行卡车液压系统发生的故障来看,多数是由于液压系统发生渗漏造成的。设备发生液压系统的渗漏后,会直接造成油液的浪费、生产不能进行、安全上存在隐患,间接的会污染环境、破坏文明生产、危及人员生命安全,甚至造成火灾。本文就露天煤矿大型电动轮自卸车液压系统渗漏原因进行分析,提出了改进液压系统渗漏措施。

Hydromantic system of large electric wheel dumper in open-pit coal mine breaks down frequently. In most cases, it is because of the leaking hydromantic system which can be found in the operation malfunction of truck hydromantic system in the producing spot. With the leaking hydromantic system of the equipment, it would be result in the wasting of oil, producing termination and safety menace directly, and it also can pollute the environment, destroy the civihzed production, threaten personal life and even cause the fire. This paper makes an analysis on the reason why Hydromantic system of large electric wheel dumper in open-pit coal mine, and puts forward the measures on leaking hydromantic system.
