摘要
针对小半径曲线桥上无缝线路稳定性问题,提出一种无缝线路稳定性加强方案,建立了考虑护轨作用的计算模型,通过修改计算参数,分析护轨本身和加强方案对桥上无缝线路稳定性的影响。结果表明:考虑护轨的影响,曲线半径小于600 m地段的无缝线路稳定性会被降低;在加强方案下,曲线半径大于250 m地段的无缝线路稳定性均能够得到提高,且随着曲线半径增大,提高量显著增大;加强方案下的护轨横撑槽钢强度能够满足要求;建议在进行小半径曲线桥上无缝线路稳定性分析时考虑护轨的影响,采用60 kg/m钢轨护轨的对桥上无缝线路稳定性影响的效果要好于采用50 kg/m钢轨护轨。
To solve the stability problem of small radius curve continuous welded rail( short for CWR) on bridge, one strengthening method of CWR was proposed, and the calculation model with guard rail considered was estab- lished. Through modifying ity of CWR on bridge was calculation parameters, the guard rail and strengthening method' s influence on stabil- analyzed. The results show as follows: Segment that the curve radius is less than 600 m, the stability of CWR can be decreased when the guard rail is considered; Under the strengthening scheme, segment that the curve radius is larger than 250 m, the stability of CWR can be improved, and the larger the curve radius, the larger the improvement; the strength of U - steel within the strengthening scheme can be met requirements; it' s suggested that the guard rail' s influence must be considered when stability of small radius curve CWR on bridge is analyzed, and the 60 kg/m guard rail has better effect on CWR stability than the 50 kg/m guard.
