摘要
应用ABAQUS软件对U形件的热冲压成形和淬火过程进行了数值模拟,通过模拟U形件在不同压边力、冲压速度和模具初始温度下的成形和淬火过程,得出了压边力、冲压速度和模具初始温度对成形和淬火过程中的温度场的影响规律。研究发现:板料温度会随冲压速度和模具初始温度的变化而变化,而压边力对板料温度的影响可以忽略不计。
With the Abaqus software, a numerical simulation is carried out on the hot press forming and quenching process of U-section. By simulating the forming and quenching process of U-section with different force, pressing speeds and mould original temperature, the effects of them on the distribution of temperature fields during the forming and quenching process are studied. The result shows that the value of temperature change with the pressing speeds and mould original temperature, however the effect of force can be ignored.
