从培养免费中职师范生师范能力专业技能的角度,提出了免费中职师范生师范能力培养的创新模式,即:实行"双导师"的运行管理机制探索;建立虚拟班级,组织师范技能演练活动;延长教育实习学时,采取多元化的实习模式等。旨在为免费中职师范生师范能力的培养提供借鉴。

The Article aims at the explanation how to develop the normal ability and specialized skill of the tuition-free vocational normal student in practice and put forward the new mode. Namely, to put ＂double-tutors＂ advising into practice; to set up the virtual classes; to organize the training activities of teaching＇s skill; to extend the hours of educational practice; to adopt diversified practice model, etc. The author hopes that the article can provide a reference for the development in the normal ability of the tuition-free vocational normal student.
