日粮蛋白质水平与添加枯草芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪消化器官的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Diet Protein Levels and Feed Additive Bacillus Subtilis on Digestive Organs of Early-weaned Piglets

摘要 将21日龄断奶仔猪360头分4个处理组,处理1和2组日粮粗蛋白质水平为20%,处理3和4组日粮粗蛋白质水平为18%,处理2和4组日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌,试验期14d,研究日粮蛋白质水平与添加枯草芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪消化器官的影响。结果显示,日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌的处理2组仔猪平均日增重显著高于处理1和3组(P<0.05)。处理4组十二指肠和空肠黏膜重量的指标最大、处理1组最小。处理4组仔猪肝脏重量显著高于处理1组,处理2和3组差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验证明,日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌有利于肠道、肝脏等消化器官的发育,对改善仔猪日粮的消化率和生产性能有良好效果。 Three hundred and sixty piglets at weaning age of 21 days were assigned four experimental treatments to study the effects of diet protein levels and feed additive Bacillus Subtilis on digestive organs of early-weaned piglets. The diet protein level of group 1 and 2 piglets was 20%, and that of group 3 and 4 was 18%. The feed additive Bacillus Subtilis was used in the diets of group 2 and 4. The results showed that group 2 piglets fed Bacillus Subtilis had higher average daily gain than those of group 1 and 3 during 14 days of this experiment (P〉0.05). The duodenum and jejunum mucosal weights of group 4 were the highest among all groups, but those of group 1 were the lowest. For the index of liver weight, group 4 was higher than group 1, group 2 and 3 were no difference (P〉 0.05). These findings proved that the Bacillus Subtilis additive could enhance the development of digestive organs, which improved the feed efficiency and growth performance of early-weaned piglets.
