摘要
对某肉鸡加工厂低温空调系统进行设计,利用CFD软件对上料车间内的温度场和速度场进行模拟分析,并与测试结果进行比较。结果表明,模拟结果和测试数据基本吻合,上料车间内的温度和风速均能满足生产工艺和工作人员舒适性要求。
The low temperature air-conditioning system is designed for one chicken processing plant, the temperature and the velocity field of the feeding room are simulated by CFD software, and those are compared with the experimental test. The results show that the simulation results and test data are basically consistent, the temperature and air velocity can meet the production process and requirements of staff comfort.
