摘要
以南宁市某五星级酒店为例,通过对该项目集中空调和热水系统不同冷热源方案的比较,根据实际情况及相关文献的研究数据,分析不同冷热源方案的运行费用及初投资,计算土壤源热泵系统相对传统系统的节能率,提出夏热冬暖地区采用集中空调和热水系统的酒店建筑应优先采用的技术,给出土壤源热泵系统的适用条件。
Taking a project of one five star hotel in Nanning as an example, based on the comparison of different cold and heat sources schemes of central air-conditioning and hot water system of the project, combined with the actual situation and the research data of the related literature, the running cost and initial investment from the different cold and heat sources schemes are analyzed,and the energy-saving rate of ground-source heat pump system relative to conventional systems is calculated. The precedence techniques of the central air-conditioning and hot water system for hotel buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone are put forward. The applicable conditions of ground-source heat pump system are provided.
