外科重症监护病房患者血清白蛋白与预后的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 血清白蛋白是临床常用生化检查指标,在一定程度上可反映机体营养状况或慢性疾病严重程度[1]。急性生理学与慢性健康状况Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分被国内外重症监护病房(intensivecareunit,ICU)广泛用于评估患者病情危重程度[1],因其简单可靠,目前已成为应用最为广泛的评分系统之一。
