根据生产的安排,莱钢3号3 200 m3高炉进行了近16 h的休风检修工作,通过优化休复风方案,合理控制各项操作参数,复风8 h后快速恢复到正常生产水平,取得良好效果.
According to the production schedule, a blowing-down for 16 hours was carried out at the 3200m^3 BF of LaiSteel. By optimizing the blowing-down and re-blowing operations and properly controlling the operating variables, it took only 8 hours after the re-blowing to return the production to its normal levels. Good benefits were attained.
