摘要
论述了车削加工中振动的形成原因和控制方法,分别从振动的类型、内孔的车(镗)削、细长轴的加工及螺纹车削加工等方面进行具体分析,并提出解决方法,从而达到保证加工表面质量、降低表面粗糙度、延长机床和刀具的使用寿命的效果.
The generation and control of vibration in machining were analyzed in the article, and the analysis was specifically carried out based on the types of vibrations, the size changes of the inner hole occurring in machining or boring, and the vibrations occurring in machining thin axis and thread. Based on the analysis, solutions to alleviating the vibrations, so as to increase the surface quality of the machined components, to decrease the surface roughness, and to prolong the service life of machine tools and cutting tools, were proposed.
