中部六省新型工业化水平特征分析及协调发展的对策建议

Analysis of the Characteristics of New Industrialization Level and Suggestions on Coordinated Development of the Six Provinces in Central China

采用多元统计中的因子分析方法,对中部六省的新型工业化水平进行综合特征分析,结果显示:在工业化进程中,湖南在综合与经济效益方面、河南和安徽在信息化和科技含量方面、湖北和山西在经济发展水平和结构变动与人力资源利用方面、江西在环境状况与能源消耗方面位于全国中上游水平。中部六省应从优化产业结构、发挥人力资源优势、大力推进节能减排、培育城市群增长极四个方面加快中部区域新型工业化协调发展。

Using the factor analysis method of the multivariate statistical system, the authors analyze comprehensively the characteristics of the new industrialization level of the six provinces in central China. The results show that in the process of industrialization, Hunan＇s comprehensive economic benefits, Henan and Anhui＇s information and technology application, Hubei and Shanxi＇s economic development and structural changes and human resources utilization, Jiangxi＇s environmental protection and energy consumption control rank the upper level in China. Therefore, the six provinces in central China should cooperate in the four aspects of optimization of the industrial structure, utilization of the advantages in human resources, promotion of energy-saving and emission reduction and fostering of the growth pole of the urban agglomeration, so as to accelerate the development of new industrialization in the central region.
